  • R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC Galvanized profile tracks
     
  • Dual bearing system for the capacity of 250KG per wheel (500kg per pair)
     
  • It fits into 50mm heigh tubing with a cut-out size to fit the wheel of 70x35mm
     
  • Raises the gate by 30mm when installed with the floor track
     
  • Easy installation with pre-punched fixings, drops into place after cut out and screws to the tubing from the flanged sides
     

 

 

78mm Flat Mount Wheels | Anodised Steel

  • R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC Galvanized profile tracks

  • Dual bearing system for the capacity of 250KG per wheel (500kg per pair)

  • It fits straight to the bottom. No cut-out is required.

  • Raises the gate by 92mm when installed with the floor track

  • Easy installation with pre-punched fixings and screws to the tubing from each side.

  • 100mm nylon rollers with completly adjustable positions

  • 75mm internal clearance between rollers at full span, allowing for 25mm ajustment for the gate a gate thickness not exceeding 50mm is ideal (see 200mm long bracket to allow 85mm gate thickness)

  • Pre-punched fixing holes ideal for adjustments prior to final fixing
